As Engineering Services Project Manager, I oversee county projects from beginning to end and do my best to ensure that simply the best service is provided to Boone County.   Responsibilities: I may work concurrently on other projects but still fully responsible for each one. I'm involved in all the decisions concerning changes in the construction contract and make sure those changes are done correct in the field. I also manage the materials being used and make sure those materials are put to engineers plan. I coordinate with the architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors on all projects.
