On Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at approximately 10:00 a.m. a Hebron, Kentucky woman turned herself in after learning she had been indicted the day prior for the death of her child 10 months ago.
On July 13, 2009 Benjamin Senseman (original press release accompanies) was charged with the death of his 2 month old daughter. That case is still pending. Laura Senseman, 35, the child’s mother, was indicted yesterday for Murder in the same case.
Investigators in the case believe the special prosecutor, Stefanie Kastner, working out of the Kenton County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office opted to charge the mother after the autopsy revealed the child had sustained serious injuries up to two weeks prior to the fatal injuries on inflicted July 12, 2009.
